Middleton Youth Hockey

Middleton Youth Hockey, Inc (MYH) is a non-profit organization, formed in 2001 to provide a healthy, competitive and educational program of recreational and competitive hockey to boys and girls of the Middleton-Cross Plains Area School District, ranging from 4 years of age (Initiation) to 16 years of age (Midgets). It is our philosophy to promote the advancement of youth athletics through hockey by developing teamwork, sportsmanship, respect and camaraderie, while enhancing hockey skills, social development and competition. Most importantly, we believe your child(ren) will have fun participating in the fast-moving sport of hockey!

It is the philosophy of Middleton Youth Hockey (MYH) to promote the advancement of youth athletics through hockey by developing teamwork, sportsmanship, respect and camaraderie while enhancing hockey skill, social development and competition.  To support this philosophy, all players and parents/guardians are expected to maintain and demonstrate these attributes not only on the ice, but at all times during their association with MYH. The Board of Directors has therefore adopted the following Code of Conduct. (Please see attached.)
